The owner of the KoCo online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is KoCo Cares OÜ, with registration number 16739463, located at Harju maakond, Maardu linn, Avar tn 4, 74112.

Validity of the Sales Contract, Information About Products and Prices

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of products in the KoCo.ee online store. The prices of the products sold are indicated next to each item. A delivery fee is added to the price, which depends on the buyer's location and the chosen delivery method. Detailed product information is provided directly next to each item in the online store.

Placing an Order

In the Online Store:
To order a product, you must add your desired items to the basket. To finalize your order, fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method. The total amount payable will then appear on the screen, which can be settled via bank transfer or through the Paysera payment system by paying directly through your bank.

The agreement comes into force once the payment amount has been received into the bank account.

Via Facebook or Instagram:
To order a product, send your selected items to the KoCo online store via Facebook or Instagram, or email us at kococares@gmail.com.

  • If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive an invoice with your selected delivery method after we receive your order. The invoice is to be paid by bank transfer to the KoCo Cares OÜ account.

  • If you pay through the Paysera service, you will receive confirmation of your order and payment.

The agreement takes effect upon receipt of the corresponding amount into the online store's bank account.

If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to unavailability or another reason, the store will notify the buyer as soon as possible and refund the paid amount (including delivery costs) typically within 1-2 business days.

Delivery

Products are shipped within Europe using Unisend, Omniva, Itella Smartpost, or DPD. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer, and relevant price information is provided next to the shipping method.

After the terms of sale take effect, KoCo Cares OÜ will prepare the goods for the customer within 1-2 business days and hand them over to the logistics partners.

Shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the buyer's specified destination within 1-3 business days from the moment the order is handed over to the logistics partner, except in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

Pre-Order Shipping Information

Shipping Terms and Conditions:
If you order pre-order items (marked with "pre-order" under the payment button), please note that the shipping period is 10-15 days.

NB! If your order includes items that are in stock, they will be shipped together with the pre-order items when the latter arrives at the warehouse. This means your entire parcel will be shipped in one shipment.

Split Shipping Option:
For your convenience, we also offer split shipping options:

  1. First Shipment: Items in stock will be shipped immediately.

  2. Second Shipment: Pre-order items will be shipped when they arrive at the warehouse.

If you choose split shipping and the value of the items in the first shipment is less than the amount required for free shipping, you will be charged for the shipping of the first shipment. We will ship the second shipment for free.

Right of Withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days. This right does not apply to legal entities.

To exercise the right of return within 14 days, the returned goods must be in their original, unopened packaging (without damaging the holographic protective film). To return a product, you must submit a return application and send it to info@koco.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the product. The return application can be submitted in any form.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the buyer, except in cases where the return reason is that the returned item does not correspond to what was ordered (e.g., an incorrect or defective product).

The buyer must return the product within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that they handed over the product to the carrier within the specified period.

KoCo Cares OÜ will refund the buyer for the returned product immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the return application, minus all payments received from the buyer under the contract.

The online store may refuse to refund the funds until the returned product, the subject of the contract, is received.
